Fees, scholarships and loans
How you pay, what the fee is made of, the scholarships you can win, and how an education loan works.

One college, one receipt
Every rupee is paid to the partner college. All fees, including the Fusion industry programme, go straight into the college's bank account. The college issues the fee receipt and the bonafide certificate your bank needs for an education loan. Never pay anyone in cash or into a personal account.
What the fee is made of
The same parts for the B.Tech and the MBA. Each partner campus publishes its amounts per semester on its own page.
- Seat block fee
Holds your seat once you accept the offer. Adjusted in the semester 1 fee.
Once, on accepting the offer - Tuition fee
The college fee for the degree.
Every semester - Fusion industry programme
Mentors, projects and placement support. Part of the college fee, on the same receipt.
Every semester - Caution deposit
Refunded when you finish the course.
Once, at admission - Hostel and mess
Priced by room type and meal plan. Only if you stay on campus.
Every semester
Not included in the college fee
- University examination, registration and convocation fees
- Books and a laptop (a laptop is required from the first semester)
- Transport, and personal expenses
Named scholarships, plain rules
Every applicant is considered. Your best score counts, whether it is from JEE, KCET, COMEDK, CAT or our own test.

- MAT
- CMAT
- Fusion Admission Test
How scholarships work
- Every applicant is considered. There is no separate form.
- Scholarships reduce tuition only, not hostel, mess, deposits or university fees.
- The amount is adjusted in the final-year fee and shows on the college fee letter as "Scholarship (less)".
- One merit award applies. A women’s or achievement award can be added to it.
- The amount is written on your offer letter after the test and the interview.
- Earlier admission rounds have more scholarships.
- Scores and documents are checked. A false document cancels the award.
How an education loan works
Because every rupee is paid to the college, banks lend against the college's own documents. We help you with the forms; Fusion School is not a lender.
- Step 1Get your offer letter
After the test and the interview, the college confirms your admission and your fee.
- Step 2Get the college documents
The college issues the fee letter and the bonafide certificate your bank asks for.
- Step 3Apply to your bank
Any bank or lender that funds education. We help you with the forms.
- Step 4The bank pays the college
The loan is paid straight into the college account, against its receipt.
What would the EMI be?
Work out the monthly payment on an education loan before you talk to a bank.
Monthly EMI₹ –
- Loan amount
- ₹ –
- Total interest
- ₹ –
- Total you pay
- ₹ –
Enter the loan amount and the interest rate your bank offers.
Many education loans have a moratorium: the EMI starts after the course ends. Interest usually still builds up during that time, so the EMI can be higher than shown here. Ask your bank how it charges interest during the moratorium.
Rates are set by your bank. Fusion School is not a lender. This is a calculator, not a loan offer.
How an education loan worksFusion Micro Degree
₹1,00,000 for the full four-year programme. Joining in a later year? The fee depends on how many years you have left.
Refunds
The refund policy sets one rule for the college fee and one for the Fusion programme, and it is published before any payment.

Questions about fees
Who do we pay?
The partner college, into its own bank account, for every part of the fee, including the Fusion industry programme. The college issues the fee receipt.
Can we pay with an education loan?
Yes. Banks lend against the bonafide certificate and fee receipt issued by the college, and we help families with the paperwork. Fusion School is not a lender.
When are the amounts published?
With each partner campus, on its own page, in the layout shown here: per semester, with hostel and mess listed separately.
How are scholarships paid?
A scholarship reduces the fee you pay. It is adjusted in the final-year fee, and the letter you receive states the exact amount.
What does the Fusion Micro Degree cost?
₹1,00,000 for the full four-year programme. If you join in a later year, the fee depends on how many years you have left.
